# Instructions on How to Buy and Sell Land on The Official HappyLand Marketplace

We recently launched the official in-game HappyLand Marketplace for you to buy and sell land NFTs for the safest and most convenient experience. In this guide, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to use the marketplace.

### **How to Sell**

**Step 1:** Log into the HappyLand game and go to <https://app.happyland.finance/marketplace>. You will see the list of lands you currently own. Click “Sell” on the land you’d like to sell.

**Step 2:** Follow the instructions on Metamask to complete your purchase. The land NFT will automatically be distributed to your HappyLand game account after purchase.

On the left hand side, there are options to filter the listings by your preferred currency of payment and land type. You can also set to view listings in a grid-based style or list-based style, as well as search by ID Land (the tag on the top left of each listed land NFT, starts with #).

Currently, the marketplace only supports fixed-price listing. The ability to sell via auctions and more features are on the way. In the future, the marketplace will also allow auction listings, as well as buying and selling of in-game items via the Items tab, and other great features. Please look forward to future updates from us.
