Our goal with $HPL and $HPW is to use this as economic motivation to incentivize users to participate in the ecosystem activities. The two token model have the following purposes. 

To reward players for interacting with HappyLand while incentivizing them to utilize tokens for transaction, so as to create an internal circulating economy. 

To decentralize the ownership and governance of Land
